Eligibility Criteria

Who can apply for pro-bono services as per NALSA guidelines and HRAT policy.

Marginalized Communities

"Members of Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST)."

Vulnerable Groups

"Women, children, and victims of human trafficking or forced labor."

Specially Abled

"Persons with disabilities as defined under the relevant statutes."

Custodial Aid

"Persons in custody, including under-trials in jail."

Economic Criteria

"Individuals whose annual income falls below the prescribed limit (verified via affidavit)."

Note

Pro-bono aid covers advocate fees. However, mandatory court fees or administrative costs may apply unless exempted by the State.
